On Wednesday, 2 December 2009, Her Majesty The Queen will officially open the new Ashmolean Museum.
The Ashmolean will reopen on Saturday 7 November 2009 following a major redevelopment
39 new galleries for you to explore and enjoy.
Making the New Ashmolean
Metaphor, the exhibition designers of the new Ashmolean, has teamed up with Rick Mather Architects to create an exhibition about remaking the Museum.
